Inspections generally take approx. 2 hours to complete.

What information do I need to provide when booking an inspection? The process begins with a phone call or an online request. We will then ask you to provide the following details:

• The site address for inspection

• Your full name and current address

• Your email address

• A contact number for the agent or site access person

Once we have this information, you will receive an email containing a Letter of Engagement and an invoice. To confirm, all you need to do is simply reply to that email with an “okay to proceed” (or similar). There’s no need to complete any physical paperwork.

Please note: the invoice must be paid at least one day prior to the inspection to avoid any delays in releasing the completed report.
